When you opt for a personal welcome with a Quebec HR professional, you will be accompanied during some of your Congress activities and enjoy an enriching exchange of ideas. Quebec delegates will be happy to benefit from your knowledge and share their expertise with you in turn.

Five simple steps...

1. Use the forum hr2010.ning.com to indicate that you’d like to be accompanied or accompany an international delegate or a young professional.
2. Form your HR peer
3. Make it official by sending us an email at RH2@rh2010.com: Name, city, country, email address.
4. Make sure you’re at the scheduled meeting place at the Congress.
5. Decide together where you’ll meet for the activities where spaces can be reserved for HR2 program participants (keynotes, gala evening, etc.), while attending the workshop sessions on your own program.

The advantages

An individual welcome: After you’ve registered, you’ll be invited to go to the HR2 meeting point to make your first encounter with your Congress colleague as simple as possible.

A number of opportunities to meet. The choice is yours! This formula is valid for the five keynote sessions (special reserved seats). You can also enjoy yourself at one of the three cocktail receptions, as well as the gala dinner show. It’s up to you to decide where to meet!

Take part in our drawing: On Monday or Tuesday, peer groups are invited to go to the Exhibitors' Hall to enter the drawing at the booth manned by the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.
