Welcome to the 13th World Human Resources Congress

Student registration includes admission to the keynote sessions, concurrent sessions, all breakfasts (including Tuesday’s table topics breakfast), lunches, cocktail receptions and the Exhibitors’ Hall for the entire duration of the Congress.

N. B. The dinner show on Tuesday, September 28 is not included in the registration fee.

How does it work?

To receive the student rate, you must:

• be a full-time student affiliate AND be registered in the Tremplin program* (for students from Quebec)
• be a full-time student, a member of your provincial association AND be in the final year of a human resources management program** (for students from the other Canadian provinces)

**Registrants’ profiles will be checked and validated with the provincial associations a few days after registration.

TERMS OF REGISTRATION, CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Please read the following paragraphs carefully since when you register for the 2010 World Human Resources Congress, your confirmation of purchase signifies that you agree to the terms of registration.

Registration is accepted by fax (no telephone or email registrations accepted).

Payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), by cheque or postal money order.

The total invoice amount must be paid in full within 30 days of registration.

Registration may not be shared with another person.

All cancellation or substitution requests must be emailed to registration@hr2010.com:

• administration fees of $75 will be withheld for cancellations requests submitted by September 7 inclusive;
• as of September 8, the total registration fee will be withheld.

A participant may be replaced by only one other person for the entire duration of the Congress. Two people or more may not take turns attending the various Congress workshops replacing a single registrant. The substitute must fulfil the same requirements as the person registered.

Registration fees must be paid in full before the start of the Congress, otherwise access to the event will be refused.
