Q I’m not an Ordre member and I don’t have a password. How can I register? (Qc-Can-Intl)
A Non-members can register for our activities online (in the same way as members). If you don’t have a password, you can obtain one by creating your file. When you see the page, Open a session, you simply have to click on Create a file, just below the Password field.
 
   
Q How can I benefit from a group rate? (Qc-Can-Intl)
A If you are not a member of the Ordre but you are part of a group of 10 people and over (association or company), you can form a group. Go to "Registration now" (Québec or Canada & International), then click on "How to form a group" where you’ll find the table listing the various reductions according to the number of registrants and the associated deadline. For more information, contact our registration service without delay.
 
   
Q I’d like to register several people, but can’t change the number of participants in the Number field. What do I need to do? (Qc)
A You can only register one person per transaction. If you’d like to register someone else once you’ve completed the first transaction, you have to log off the website and then log on again using the other person’s password (or create a new file if this person doesn’t yet have a password).
 
   
Q Can I indicate the names of all the group members on the same form? (Qc-Can-Intl)
A No. Each group member must fill in and sign his or her own form. To make sure you are included in the group, the form should contain the correct spelling of the group name and be forwarded before the cut-off date for the fee change.
 
   
Q Can I share my Congress registration? (Qc-Can-Intl)
A Congress registrations may not be shared with another person (not to be confused with substitution*). Two or more individuals cannot take turns participating in the Congress activities on the basis of a single registration.
 
   
Q Why do I have to pay a $1,000 deposit? (Qc-Group-Can-Intl)
A The deposit is required to confirm your attendance, which is necessary when planning an event the size of the World Congress. Please read the Congress terms and policies carefully.
 
   
Q When will we know the total amount of the registration fees? (Qc-Can-Intl)
A Final invoices will be prepared a few days after the cut-off dates (April 7, July 7 and September 7 for Quebec, and July 7 and September 7 for Canada and International). The rate will be determined according to the number of registrations received from members of the association or group to which you belong.
 
   
Q Can I receive an invoice and then arrange for payment? (Qc-Can-Intl)
A Yes. If you register online, you can select the "Billing" option and an invoice will be emailed to you after you have registered.
 
   
Q I would like to register now, but I’d like to choose my workshops later. Is that possible? (Qc-Can-Intl)
A No. When you register, you have to select the workshops/presentations you wish to attend (except for Block B). This step is necessary since it will guarantee you access to the workshops of your choice, as well as maintain participant numbers within the limits set.
 
   
Q Can I change my choice of workshops after I’ve registered and if so, what do I need to do? (Qc-Can-Intl)
A Yes, changes are accepted up until September 7, as long as there is still room in the new workshop you’ve selected. You can make your own changes online by using your password to log on. You can also send an email to inscriptions@RH2010.com.
 
   
Q Once I’m in Montreal, if I change my mind can I participate in any other sessions than the ones I’ve selected? (Qc-Can-Intl)
A Your choice of workshop entitles you to priority access and is useful to help us with our logistical planning. However, it is not intended to prevent you from attending other sessions. At the Congress, volunteers assigned to the presentation rooms will allow the participants who have selected the workshop to enter first. Once they are seated, if there’s still room, other delegates can attend without having registered beforehand.
 
   
*By substitute we mean a person who replaces for the entire Congress a registered participant who is unable to attend. In other words, a Congress registrant cannot attend the first day and then be replaced, or be absent the first day and then attend later.
