Paul Orlander is a Partner and Managing Director in The Boston Consulting Group's Toronto Office. He is a leader in BCG's Organizational Practice, and a core member of the Firm's Global Financial Services Practice.

In Organization, Paul is a BCG global topic leader on Engagement and Culture. He advises large enterprises on achieving advantage through deployment of integrated organizational levers.

Paul's work in Financial Services focuses on issues of strategy, organization and performance improvement. His clients include major players in banking, wealth management and specialist entities serving the financial service industry.

Prior to his consulting career, Paul worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Lehman Brothers (New York). He has an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
