Murielle Cantin is an excellent communicator and manager who is recognized for her strategic vision as well as her diplomacy, open-mindedness and concern for others. She joined Cirque du Soleil in 1996 as Senior Director of Casting and helped to develop this division by implementing human and technical resources enabling Cirque du Soleil to recruit thousands of artists from more than forty countries on every continent.

In her role as Vice President of Creation, Production and Show Quality, up to 2010, Murielle managed the teams working on the development of new shows. In her new role as Senior Vice-President of Creative Content, since February 2010, she is actively contributing to the production of business strategies while maintaining the quality, originality and innovativeness of Cirque' s shows and operations.

For nearly 30 years, Murielle Cantin has worked as an executive producer, director, coordinator, designer and manager in the media world, particularly in television and radio with Radio-Canada, Radio-Québec and TV Ontario.
