Marie-Josée Guilbault, CHRP, M. Sc., began her career in the Quebec healthcare system. After 15 years in this field, she decided to expand her horizons by becoming a certified SAP consultant. Following over five years in retailing, Marie-Josée joined Cirque du Soleil in 2005, where she served initially as the Director of Human Resources and subsequently as Vice President of Human Resources. Since September 2009, she has held the position of Vice President, People and Organization at the Cirque's international headquarters. Working with an HR team managing people in Montreal and abroad, her experience, leadership and energy are invaluable in enabling her team to help this unique and complex organization successfully rise to the challenges inherent in international growth.
