Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Mamta Wasan is responsible at FIS (FIS Global Business Solutions India Pvt. Ltd.) for Human Resources and Training for the BPO and ITO businesses in India and Philippines. In this role, Talent Acquisition and Employee Development are critical. Mamta has also introduced HR measurements in line with business across the company. She brings to FIS more than 18 years of work experience in industries such as hospitality, management education and ITES.

Mamta holds a degree in Sociology from Mumbai University and a Master's Degree in Human Resources. In addition, she completed a three-year Diploma in Hotel Management and a Post Graduation in Hotel Management at the Oberoi School of Hotel Management (OSHM – now OCLD).
