As an expert in overall health management in the workplace, Claudine Ducharme offers strategic advisory services on all aspects of health, including disability management, disability management, health prevention and promotion, planning of health services in the workplace and health, safety and wellness systems audits. She participated from the start in the development of the BNQ 9700-800 standard, Prevention, promotion and Organizational Practices Contributing to Health in the Workplace, known as the Healthy Enterprise standard, and in the revision of the Audit Protocol. Claudine is a member of a committee on the qualification process for auditors of the Quebec standards body, the Bureau de normalisation du Québec (BNQ), and has participated in auditor training. Originally trained as a nurse, she is also a member of the Canadian Mental Health Association's committee on family-work balance.
