Carole Levesque is currently the Director, Change Management and Organizational Transformation at Bombardier Aerospace. She joined Bombardier Inc. in 2001 as a Change Management Senior Leader and moved to Bombardier Transportation in 2003 to lead the IT change management practice in North America. Carole has close to 25 years of experience in the areas of change management, organizational development and human resources management. Prior to joining Bombardier, she worked at Deloitte Consulting as part of the change leadership practice, as well as in the banking industry.
