Welcome to the 13th World Human Resources Congress

How does it work?
Each person must register for the Congress individually, via the CHRMA webpage. That way the number of registrations by Association members will be tallied, which will then make it possible to determine the final rate at each deadline.
The first step is to create your "Participant’s file."
Each group member must pay a deposit of CAD$1,000 when they register. At each deadline (July 7, September 7), the number of persons registered will be tallied and an official invoice will be issued. Calculation of the final rate at this date will be based on the number of participants from the group. No registrations may be made at this rate after this deadline, once the official invoice has been sent to participants.
Please note that if your group does not have at least 10 participants by the deadline, no one will pay more than the individual rate. (see table below).

Please read the following paragraphs carefully since when you register for the 2010 Congress, your confirmation of purchase signifies that you agree to the terms of registration.
Registration online or by fax (no registration by telephone or email).
Payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), certified cheque or international bank draft in Canadian funds.
When you register, a deposit of $1,000 will be charged to your credit card or be payable by certified cheque or international bank draft in Canadian funds, for which you will receive a first electronic invoice.
At each deadline (July 7, September 7), the number of persons registered from your association will be tallied and an official invoice will be issued for the balance of your registration fee. Calculation of the final rate at this date will be based on the number of participants from your association. No registrations may be made after this deadline, once the official invoice has been sent to participants.
Registration may not be shared with another person.

A participant may designate only one substitute for the entire duration of the conference. For example, two or more individuals may not take turns attending various conference sessions as substitutes for a single registrant.
If you have not paid your registration fees in full before the Congress starts, you will be refused access to the event.
An individual may not be registered in more than one group.

On-site registrations will be accepted as of September 8. However, please note that preferential rates are applicable only for registrations submitted and completed in advance, according to the deadlines set out in the rate table.
