From September 27 to 29, 2010, Montreal will host the 13th World Human Resources Congress, HR Without Limits. Some 3,500 participants from Quebec, the rest of Canada, elsewhere in North America and from around the globe will participate in this not-to-be-missed event, which promises to leave us with many enduring memories.

HR Without Limits… The World Congress theme invites us to expand our limits, to see the bigger picture: to move beyond borders, taking into account the global context; to move beyond our own organization, taking into account the business context and reality; to move beyond HR and think outside the profession; and finally, to move beyond our own limits by developing our personal equity.

The Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés was very pleased to accept the challenge of organizing this unique event, at the request of the World Federation of People Management Associations and on behalf of the North American Human Resource Management Association and the Canadian Council of Human Resources Associations.

Accordingly, the Ordre put all its know-how and energy into making this Congress a resounding success, in terms of both content quality and organization.

We are proud to present the Congress program. Reflecting the international nature of the meeting, the program is comprised of sessions in English, French and Spanish with simultaneous translation for the keynote sessions. You will appreciate the variety and depth of the topics addressed, as well as the expertise and relevance of the speakers and moderators. Also included are a vibrant Exhibitors’ Hall, original activities and an evening to be remembered!

This Congress will be more than an opportunity for professional development and sharing expertise and experience. It will without a doubt enable the international HR community to forge closer ties and move beyond all its limits.
